MarinStock II, our second annual benefit to aid families in foreclosure, will be held in 2011.

The first MarinStock was held October 3, 2009 and was a successful venue. It is anticipated that our second event will surpass the first on all levels. MarinStock II will have a music concert, a silent auction, a flea market, a healing sanctuary, the kid zone, the food zone and some surprises.

Entertainers/bands scheduled to perform for the music concert are Mwanza Furaha & Cabaret Underground, Lucky Otis (grandson of the legendary Johnny Otis) & his band, T.S.K. Rap & Pilar Renee and the Bay Area All Stars.

The Marinstock Benefit Concert is about giving back to our community and helping families who have lost so much due to the mortgage crises. Come join us in one day of peace and music to help those in need.

Hundreds of families in Marin County are being evicted from their homes due to foreclosure. And with rising rents, many find themselves living with friends and family, in shelters or simply homeless.

Our goal is to help families stay in their homes by providing the guidance and assistance needed prior to going in foreclosure and helping them through the legal nightmare that occurs when eviction is inevitable.
