Gather your financial papers.

Saving your home from foreclosure requires your active participation. It is stressful for you and your family.

The home must be where you live. It must be a single family home, which includes a duplex, threeplex or fourplex. Investment properties are not included in home-save efforts. When you have your papers together, please call for an appointment: 415.444.0915. Please bring all your documents with you.

Meetings

NOTE: Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month and are for individuals facing foreclosure only; no drop-ins. Please let us know if you will be attending. Information shared during meetings is not to be shared outside of the meetings.

Please make a file with the following papers . . .

  • HARDSHIP LETTER: Include a timeline of when your problems started. Write your own or use the Hardship Form from the Federal Government;
